Placing An Order

All items shown on this site are updated daily and should be in stock. email us at cr@psperu.com and list the items you desire including item # and description. Be sure to include your shipping information (No P.O. Boxes) along with your telephone number. Include which method you prefer to use when making payment. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your order along with an approximate shipping date.

You can also call us at 281-645-6156 to place your order. Be sure to have the  item (s) number along with description when you call for faster service.

Quantity discounts are available on most items. Please email us for quote with quantity desired.


Special Order Items

Items marked special order will require extra shipping time. It usually means the item is just out of stock, but on order and we are awaiting a replenish of stock.


Discounts

We offer discounts for purchases in the following amounts:

bullet Purchases 100.00-249.00 = Free Gift
bullet Purchases 250.00-499.00 = 3% Discount
bullet Purchases 500.00-999.00 = 4% Discount
bullet Purchases 1000.00 +       = 5% Discount

Total purchase does not include shipping. Purchase amount equals amount of items at list cost.


Payment

We accept and prefer payment through Paypal which allows you to use your credit or debit card to pay for items. This service is free. Click here to read more about this service and how it works.

We also accept money orders, personal and cashier's checks as payment for goods. Personal checks require a 10 day hold on the shipping of good to allow for bank clearance. When you call or email us to place an order, we will give you a confirmation number you need to write on your payment.

All payments must arrive within 7 days of placing order, or items will be made available for another customer.

If paying by Paypal, your order will ship the next business day. Money order and cashier's checks will ship next business day after receiving payment in the mail. Orders being process with personal check requires a 10 day hold to assure bank clearance of funds.


Shipping

Shipping is from Charlotte, NC, not South America.

All items are packed and secured using first quality shipping material to insure safety of arrival of your items.

We use UPS and ship insured 5 days a week.

We will notify you by email with your UPS tracking number when your item ships so you can track the progress of your package and it's expected delivery date.

Shipping charges are based on the size, weight and destination of packages. We will let you know the shipping charges when you place your order.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns for regular priced items*.

To receive a refund, you must notify us by email, (cr@psperu.com), within 3 days of receipt of product.

Refunds will be less original shipping charges.

Item must be received within 10 days of refund contact and in the same condition as sent. You must insure the return package for the amount of purchase. Upon inspection of return item, a refund will be issued.

*Items that DO NOT qualify for refund are sale or discounted merchandise. If you are purchasing quantity items at a discount, we suggest you purchase a sample first to make sure the items are as desired before placing a quantity discount order.


Damage Claims

We strive to package every shipment as carefully as possible to reduce the chance for damage in shipping. Even with the best shipping packaging, sometimes damage can occur in transit. If you receive a package with damaged merchandise you must do the following:

Contact us immediately by email. (cr@psperu.com)

Save all packaging and be prepared for UPS to come inspect the damage. DO NOT dispose of packaging. UPS may require seeing the actual damage before paying a claim.

After a claim is made with UPS, a refund should be processed within 14 business days.

bullet

At no time should the damaged item or shipping packaging be disposed of or destroyed. Doing so will void the claim and refund.

Prime Services is not responsible for damages products incurred due to environmental conditions which may include-but are not limited to-varying temperatures and degrees of humidity/moisture or dryness. Limited warranty.

We strive to take the best possible photographs of all the items on our site. With the differences in computer monitors, you may find a slight color difference in the actual item when it arrives. The difference will be minimal, but we wanted to mention the possibility of a difference if you are doing a color match from the web site.
